He was a fine man helping me to build my first bridge of many more out of popsicle sticks. He will surely be missed by Evan, Laura , Amy, and his beautiful wife, Sally, who always had those Webelos cookies ready for us at the end of the meetings. I still remember the bean bag toss with the clown ? I have had the opportunity to build many more bridges as an engineer , airports , highways, subdivisions, banks , colleges ,and children’s hospitals, and a couple of cities due in large part to Jim’s influence . He was a great man and a fine boy scout leader. I am just finishing my 40th year in scouting now. His scouting legacy also lives on as my son , Mac, is a scouting professional , leading all of Lake County, Florida . My best to all of his family . Sorry to hear of this great loss. We will all miss Jim .
