Mary Faye Dickerson

   CONTINENTAL - Mary Faye Dickerson, 79, of Continental died at 6:49 p.m. Monday, June 19, 2017 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was born March 2, 1938 in Magoffin County, KY to the late Orville and Candace (Truste) Salyers. On November 21, 1953 she married William Dickerson who died March 6, 2011.

   She is survived by three sons, Orville (Karen) Dickerson and Ed (Brenda) Dickerson both of Defiance, and Roger Dickerson of Continental; seven grandchildren, Denny Mullins, Tasha White, Bart Dickerson, Teri Dickerson, Amber Dickerson, Cody Dickerson, and Nakesha Dickerson; eleven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Joe Auxier of Indiana, George Stacy of Paulding, and Hiram Stacy of Bryan; a sister, Ruby Cheek of Marion; son-in-law, Dennis Mullins of Oakwood;  and daughter-in-law, Dolly Little of Continental. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Mullins; son, Bill Dickerson; two brothers, Sam Auxier and Bill Stacy; and four sisters, Annabelle Crace, Jean Risner, Katherine Edwards, and Denny Jones.

   Mary Faye worked at Campbell Soups in Napoleon and was a member of Dupont Church of God.

   Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental with Pastor Jimmy States officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Dupont. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
