   LEIPSIC - Orville E.J. Ellerbrock, 92, of Leipsic died at 7:48 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2017 at Bridge Hospice, Findlay. He was born September 11, 1924 in Kalida to the late Andrew H. and Mary "Mayme" (Fuerst) Ellerbrock. On April 23, 1949 he married Mary Ann Erhart who died June 28, 1996. On May 25, 2007 he married Mary Stechschulte-Kreinbrink and she survives in Leipsic.

   Also surviving are four children, Timothy Ellerbrock of San Antonio, TX, Barbara (Don) Levering of New Braunfels, TX, Roger (Marilyn) Ellerbrock of Glandorf and Greg (Patty) Ellerbrock of St. Petersburg, FL; seven grandchildren, Christopher (Erin) Levering, Paul (Ann-Ware) Levering, Sarah Worley, Andrea Ellerbrock, Michelle (Joel) Rampe, Dana (Kyle) Cousino, and Jenna Ellerbrock; six great-grandchildren, Joshua Levering, Kayleigh Levering, Lucee Levering, Noah Levering, Brielle Rampe, and Annabelle Cousino; three step children, Patricia (Tom) Barkimer, Joseph (Robin) Kreinbrink, and Larry (Rita) Kreinbrink; step daughter-in-law, Judy Kreinbrink; and many step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.

  He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Norm (Helen) Ellerbrock and Richard (Mary Agnes) Ellerbrock; a sister, Ruth (Robert) Beining; and a stepson, Jerry Kreinbrink.

   Orville worked at the U.S. Post Office and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic; the Leipsic VFW; Ottawa Knights of Columbus; and the Senior Citizens Card Club.

   A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 10, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic with Fr. William Pifher officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rites by the Leipsic VFW. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday and from 9:30 a.m. until the departure for mass on Monday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic where there will be a parish rosary at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church or Bridge Hospice.
