Bryon H. Eickholt

  GLANDORF - Bryon H. Eickholt, 39, of Glandorf died 2:52 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Eskenazi Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.  He was born December 15, 1978 in Lima to Vincent "Doc" and Virginia (Duling) Eickholt.  His father and step mother, Pam, survive in Glandorf.  His mother and step-father, George Kleman, survive in Miller City.

  Other survivors include three children: Sydney Eickholt and Breanne Eickholt of Continental, and Brodin Eickholt of Lima; five siblings: Dana (Heather) Koontz of Lafayette, Lee (Lindsey) Koontz of Philadelphia, PA, Craig (Janelle) Koontz of Las Vegas, NV, Jonathan Kleman of Ottawa and Anna Kleman of Lima.

   He was preceded in death by his son, Zachary Eickholt.

  Bryon was a Millwright with Atlantic Plant Maintenance of Houston TX, and had formerly worked for DTR of Bluffton.  He was a 1997 Ottawa-Glandorf High School graduate, member of Local 1090 Millwright-Pile Drivers of Perrysburg and the Ottawa Sons of the American Legion Post 63.  Bryon enjoyed bowling, fishing, softball, trap shooting attending his children's sporting events and achievements and was a die hard Michigan, Cleveland Indians and Browns fan.

  A Mass of Christian Burial will begin Friday 10:30 a.m., April 20, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf with Fr. Mark Hoying officiating.  Burial will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Ottawa.  Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 2-8 p.m. Thursday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
