  OTTAWA - Daniel E. Kuhlman, 74, of Ottawa died 6:08 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Meadows of Leipsic.  He was born August 15, 1943 in Leipsic to the late Urban and Leona (Kohls) Kuhlman.  On November 8, 1969 he married Carol F. Kreinbrink.  She died September 17, 1994.

  Other survivors include two children: Randy Kuhlman and Kristine Kuhlman both of Los Angeles, CA; two grandchildren:  Brayden and Quinn Kuhlman; two brothers: Jerry Kuhlman and Mark (Laura) Kuhlman both of Ottawa; and a sister, Marilyn (Jerry) Stechschulte of Ottawa.

  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Jane Schroeder; a brother, Kenny (Susie) Kuhlman and a sister-in-law, Joan Kuhlman.

  Dan retired from Philips EKG after 30 years.  He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa and the Ottawa American Legion.  Dan was a US Air Force Veteran.  He enjoyed golfing and playing cards.  Dan loved spending time with his family and friends.

  A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa with Fr. Matt Jozefiak officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rites by the Ottawa American Legion, VFW and Am Vets.  Visitation will be form 2-8 p.m., Tuesday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where a scripture service will begin at 7:50 p.m. 

  Memorial donations may be given to Putnam County Hospice or to the charity of the donor's choice.
