I fondly remember George as a colleague and a friend after working closely with him for many years. I visited him several times including late December 2017 and can attest to his really sharp mind and recollection of facts that I had forgotten. He would have been 95 in a few weeks which confirms the accuracy of my statement to him at his retirement party years ago; "you obviously have longevity in your genes".
