Holy cow - I just now found out about Jerry's passing, Jeanne Kay phoned me that she'd seen it this evening in the Sentinel obits.
We're so sorry to hear about this - he was always such a nice man and as I've heard also a great dad. He was far too young for him to be taken like this - Sherry, I just can't imagine what you're going through. I've left you my e-mail if you'd like to have someone pop around to jaw with or the like - really - and I'm reasonably pretty available through the week.
- again, so sorry we weren't there in support - just never got the word... Take care!

Although our hearts are breaking for the loss of Jerry in our lives we are so thankful to The Lord for his presence in our lives and that he was our brother. We thank God for Jerry’s laughter,wisdom, and unfailing and unconditional love throughout the years. Our lives are so much richer for being a part of your family and seeing the love between Jerry and Sherry and their love for all of you kids and grandkids. Jerry was one of the hardest woking men we know and his suffering is now over. He is standing tall and bold and walking streets of gold in the presence of his Heavenly Father. We look forward to seeing him again one day in Heaven. Thank you Lord, for Jerry. 💜💚

Sherry, May you and your children always remember how many people loved Jerry. He was an earthy guy who loved seeing things grow. He knew a lot about nature and how to take care of it. This was a very special gift from God. Many people say they can see God and pray to God most sincerely when they are in nature. We don't know why some leave us so early or why others seem to want to go home but have to wait. Only our makers knows. Someday we too will be with our Lord and then we will get answers to these questions. But for now, walk in His love. He is holding you up and is right beside you. We will remember Jerry and the whole family in our prayers.
