  OTTAWA – Pauline F. Boden, 86, of Ottawa, died 7:57 a.m., Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Putnam Heritage in Ottawa.  She was born June 4, 1933 in Berkley Springs, WV to the late Stewart J. and Ethel P. (Jerome) Clingerman.  On September 8, 1951, she married Paul Boden.  He died August 3, 2000.

  Survivors include four children: Debra (Thomas) Schroeder of Leipsic, Randy Boden of Gilboa, Jerry Boden of Hamler and Betty (Chris) Dicke of Ottawa; ten grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Boden of Ottawa; twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters: Leona Sipes and Carol (Ken) Abele both of Maryland, and Vada Shipe of West Virginia.

  She was also preceded in death by two sons: Joseph Boden and James Boden; a great-grandson; two brothers, LeRoy Clingerman and Wayne Clingerman; and three sisters: Delores Plotner, Alda Smith and Gladys Stotler.

  Pauline was a homemaker who enjoyed baking and gardening.  She was also a member of the Ottawa VFW Auxiliary.

  Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Pastor Kathleen Hayes officiating.  Burial will follow in Harman Cemetery, Gilboa.  Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
