David A. Rodriguez

   COLUMBUS GROVE - David A. Rodriguez, 29, of Columbus Grove, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born February 18, 1992 in Lima, Ohio to Rene and Alejandrina (Sanchez) Rodriguez. His father and stepmother, Rene (Tammi Dunsmuir) Rodriguez survive in Ottawa and his mother and stepfather, Alejandrina (Dusty) Young survive in Miller City.

  David is also survived by two brothers: Dakota Rodriguez of Miller City and Xavier Rodriguez of Ottawa; a sister, Savannah Rodriguez of Miller City;  five step-sisters: Nikki Dunsmuir of Hamler, Tristyn Dunsmuir, Harlie Dunsmuir, Cadan Dunsmuir all of Ottawa and Octavia Young of Miller City.

  He was preceded in death by a niece, Nyla Rodriguez.

  David worked at Whirlpool in Ottawa.

  Funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 20, 2021 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Refugio "Junior" Lugo officiating.  Burial will be at a later date.  Visitation will be Monday from noon until the time of service at the funeral home.
