David E. Slygh
DELPHOS – David E. Slygh, 45, of Delphos, died at 5:19 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at his residence. He was born December 14, 1975 in Lima to Edward and Vickie (Spencer) Slygh.
David is survived by his mother and stepfather: Vickie (Gayle) Miles of Defiance; two brothers: James (Luci) Slygh of Centerville, Phillip Slygh of Delphos; half-brother: Joseph (Sarah) Slygh of Belle-Aire, MD; two half-sisters: Alicen (Brad) Dingman of Norfolk, VA., and Sara (James) Moses of Louisville, KY; numerous nieces and nephews; and his special friend: Stacey Gregory of Spencerville.
He is preceded in death by his father.
David was an active 4-H member and served as Junior Fair Superintendent in Allen County for 3 years. He was also a member of America’s Finest Rabbit Club. David loved music and he was a big OSU fan.
A graveside service will be held at North Mt. Zion Cemetery, Continental at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021 with Pastor Adam Coy and Pastor Gary Beemer officiating.
