Gayle M. Hoffman

   LEIPSIC – Gayle M. Hoffman, 90, of Leipsic died 5:00 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Lost Creek Care Center, Lima.  He was born September 25, 1931, in Pleasant Twp, Henry County Ohio to the late Orville and Ilo (Hand) Hoffman.  On July 15, 1952, he married June Drummer, who survives in Lima.

   Also surviving are three children:  Debra (Richard) Storm of Bellefontaine, Mike (Pam) Hoffman and Mark Hoffman, both of Bluffton.; 5 grandchildren:  Brandon Storm, Amanda Storm, Cody Storm, Tisha Peteritis and Chris Hoffman and 12 great-grandchildren.

   Gayle is preceded in death by a brother:  Don Hoffman and a granddaughter:  Anna Hoffman.

   Gayle retired as the general manager at Allied Egry, Leipsic and was a member of First Christian Church, Leipsic.  He was active in both his community and his church.  He was also an Air Force veteran.

   There will be a private burial for Gayle in Center Cemetery, Leipsic at a later date.  The funeral arrangements are under the direction of LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.  Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church Fire Restoration Fund.
