Jane M. Engard

  LEIPSIC- Jane M. Engard, 67, of Leipsic died at 9:18 a.m. Friday, February 19, 2021 at Bridge Hospice, Findlay.  She was born on December 27, 1953 in Lima to Elmer J. (deceased) and Eileen (Leopold) Drerup of Ottawa. On October 8, 1983, she married James Engard who survives in Leipsic.

  Jane is survived by a son: David Engard of Leipsic;  three stepchildren: Troy (Jana) Engard, Jimmy Engard, Darlene (Aaron) Lewis all of Leipsic; ten grandchildren; twelve  great-grandchildren; three brothers and a sister: Jere (Sharon) Drerup of Ottawa, Larry (Lisa) Drerup of Ottawa, Linda (Michael Luttfring) Drerup of Ottawa, and Denny (Cathy) Drerup of Flowery Branch, GA.

  She was preceded also in death by a sister: Deb Velasquez

  Jane was a member of the Leipsic VFW Auxiliary and her beloved book club.  She also enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.

  Visitation will be Sunday, February 21, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Leipsic. Masks are required in upon entering the funeral home.
