LoAnn “Annie” Burman

  PANDORA - LoAnn “Annie” Burman, 85, of Pandora, died at 5:56 p.m., Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluftton.  She was born on November 2, 1937 in Gilboa, to the late Clare L. and Alverta M. (Glore) Inbody.  On October 6, 1957, she married James R. Burman, who preceded her in death on January 18, 2017.

  Survivors include three sons: Robert (Janice) Burman of Pandora, Douglas (Valerie) Burman of Bluffton and Greg (Carla) Burman of Benton Ridge; six grandchildren: Jeremy Burman, Christine Jordan, Michael Burman, Ryan (Jennifer) Burman, Elizabeth Burman and Andrew Burman; and 3 great-grandchildren: Jude, Ramona and Rori.

  She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Burman; infant son, David Burman; and two brothers: Eugene (Evelyn) Inbody and Harold Inbody.

  Annie was a graduate of Pandora-Gilboa High School.  She retired after 40 years from Hilty Home, Pandora, where she worked as a STNA.  She enjoyed flowers, gardening and spending time with her family.  Annie loved sports, especially watching her children and grandchildren in their sporting events.   

  Funeral services will begin 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Pastor Rick Hart officiating.  Burial will follow in Harman Cemetery, Gilboa.  Visitation will be held from 9 – 11 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.

  Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
