Mary Elizabeth (Allen) Fraker Isbell

OTTAWA – Mary Elizabeth (Allen) Fraker Isbell, 73, of Ottawa, died at 2:25 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Putnam Heritage Assisted Living, Ottawa. She was born on June 19, 1949 in Buchanan County, Virginia to the late James Henry and Lessie (Echo) Allen.

Survivors include two children: Jennifer Fraker of Ft. Worth, Texas and Chris Fraker of Berne, Indiana; and two brothers; James Allen of Bardstown, Kentucky and Curt Allen of Virginia.

She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Edgar Eugene Fraker; second husband, Charles F. Isbell; and six siblings: Dorothy Williams, Margaret Dixon, Stan Allen, Hobert Allen, Glen Allen and Harold Allen.

Mary retired as a registered nurse from Oakwood Forensic Center.

A private service will be held by the family.
