Wilbur Edwin Ferry
     Continental -- Wilbur Edwin Ferry, 83, of Continental died 9:30 a.m. Monday, December 22, 2014 at Twin Rivers Center, Defiance.  He was born June 20, 1931 in Coldwater, MI to the late Charles Henry and Blossom (Gage) Ferry.  On June 24, 1978 he married Nancy Lee Fetter, who preceded him in death on July 15, 2012.  He is also preceded in death by a sister and 2 brothers.
    He is survived by a daughter: Lynn Ferry of Defiance; granddaughter: Elizabeth (Brian) Morey of Defiance; great-granddaughter: Addison Phillips; step-daughter: Rhonda (Derek) Warren of Lima; 2 step-grandchildren:  Julie Morvay and Jacen Warren, both of Lima; a brother: Charles Ferry of Indianapolis, IN and a sister:  Lidia Bell "LB"  Ferry of Coldwater, MI.  
     Wilbur retired from General Motors Power Train, Defiance after 30 years of service.  He was a member of the UAW Local 211, Defiance, a veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a member of the Kiwanis Club, Lima.  He was also a member of the former Free Methodist Church, Continental.
     The family will be holding a private service at a later date.
