Anna Marie Kahle

    GLANDORF - Anna Marie Kahle, 87, of Glandorf, died at 9:35 pm Friday, August 18, 2017 at her home on the family farm in Greensburg Township.  She was born March 2, 1930 on a farm West of Ottoville to the late John and Theresa (Weber) Honigford. On February 20, 1954, she married Cyril B. Kahle and he died July 6, 1984.

      Surviving are five children: Virginia (Jim) Schroeder of Glandorf, Janice Kahle of Bellevue, Kenneth (Sue) Kahle of Columbus Grove, Norman (Ranae) Kahle of Glandorf, David Kahle of Glandorf; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 2 more on the way; a brother: Walter (Paulette) Honigford of Delphos and a sister-in-law: Doris Honigford of Ottoville; and a brother-in-law, Hank Wegesin of Delphos. She was also preceded in death by siblings: Urban (Dorothy) Honigford, Oswald Honigford, Al (Marge) Honigford, Rose Wegesin, Victor Honigford, and Roger Honigford.

   Anna Marie was a dedicated farm wife, she loved her family and enjoyed her friends. She was a sweet mom and grandmother who took great delight in children. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Glandorf and their Rosary Altar Society and Catholic Ladies of Columbia.

   A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 22, 2017   at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf with Fr. Tony Fortman officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 pm Monday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where a parish rosary will be at 7:30.
