To my dear cousins and family, I must echo my brother David's words. Remembering all the special days we spent together, it was difficult to think that Aunt Jo's death marks the end of that generation. She was, first of all, my Godmother, and, secondly, a truly gentle, loving soul. Sadly, Steve and I are still in Florida and won't be home in time to attend her funeral. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers! Hugs to all of you!

The passing of Aunt Jo marks the end of a generation for our respective families. As much as I would like to be with you all to celebrate her life and share memories, my wife, Debby, and I are heading to Alaska on Saturday to celebrate my grandkids' birthdays. Take heart that yet another generation continues.
